The 12th of February, Think2Make gave a training to students of the Meuron Academy on the creativity and ideation.
Yes, artists also need to learn and improve their creativity ! The goal of this one day training was to teach the next generation of artists to develop their creativity.
Process
This intervention allowed everyone to discover various methods to creativity, helping candidates to work on new projects.
Phase 1:
For the first half of the morning, the participants had a theory on creation, innovation and ideation. We then worked all together on techniques helping them to stimulate their creative and innovative mind, such as the 6 hats of Bono, the 3 chairs of Disney and the SCAMMPER method.
Phase 2:
For the rest of the day, we focused on practical exercises. After making groups, everybody generated new ideas, using creativity methods, mainly the reverse brainstomring, followed by the brainstorming.
Résultats:
This one day training on creativity enabled the candidates to improve their co-creation skills. Furthermore, they used professionnal methods that were adapted to the field of arts.
